My music photo memory today is AC/DC. It follows on from yesterday’s blog post about photographing The Rolling Stones.
As I wrote about that experience, I was reminded of just how professional both bands, and their tour managers, were.
I was also reminded about how much both AC/DC and The Rolling Stones rocked.
I feel privileged to have been in the photo pit for both bands.
I’ll post my danger shots ~ EMINEM & Slipknot ~ soon.

I was impressed by Orphaned Land last Saturday at The Espy. Metal, with a twist of politics and humour.

Last year, at SxSW, I remember seeing Jared and the Mill playing an impromptu gig on the street. They were impressive.
And they’re really nice guys too …
Now, I’m a bit late with this news (this happened on Saturday) but just in case you haven’t seen it yet …
Mason Endres was one of the victims of a car accident on Red River that left three people dead and nearly two dozen injured.
When one of her favorite bands, Jared and the Mill, heard she was in the hospital, they decided to play a special show for her.
